I was a client of theirs for a while til I found out after speaking to another accountant my accounts were done incorrectly.
The so called knowledgable book keeping team in there at the moment are dreadful as well. they have no manners and never return my calls.
Recommendations are only of any use when they come directly from the clients themselves.
